This is a stick built on a foundation type of garage, NOT a shed. We got an actual quote near $40K for a 2 car garage on a foundation with concrete floor. They advertise on FB for this size shed around 10K. Don't get me wrong, it would likely be a nice well built garage, but just not what was advertised that drew us in to their business. No, we didn't purchase anything from them.
Prompt txt message communication directly with the owner himself. Responded to a request and showed up within half hour. Highly recommend!
