We’ve owned our home for many years and recently decided to have a new roof installed. This is the second roof Allen has installed on our home. Allen was superior in the first roof they installed for us and once again with the second new roof we recently (June 5, 2026) had installed. Called them first on 5/19/26 since they put our roof on 8 years ago. Won't ever be calling them again or recommending! Called for a leak in my roof that was hitting the dry wall in our kitchen and creating a mess. Lady mentioned someone would call me back within the hour. 3 days went by before they called me back (I had it fixed by then!). Was very happy with the new roof and gutters we received from Allen Roofing. We were also very pleased with our customer service rep, Sam Miller. Sam was great and made sure we knew what to expect and when. He even offered to come back and seal up our gable vents…which we took him up on since we’d had ridge vents installed! Great customer service!
After the hail and windstorm that occurred in St. Louis in March of 2025, we had several contractors visit to evaluate the damage to our home - roofing/gutters & downspouts/fascia/siding. Eric D. with Allen Roofing & Siding was by far the most comprehensive, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant person with which to deal.
