I would like to give a good review but just can’t. My home was damaged from the hail storm BEFORE the tornado damage. Estimator from Allen came out and did not have a ladder so he was unable to look at the roof. Had water damage as they refused to put a tarp until the insurance company paid up, don’t worry if the customer gets damage just worry about that dollar. After several phone calls finally got new roof on August 13, 3025. Still no siding and all I keep hearing is two weeks and we are back logged. It’s been THREE MONTH... read more

I called the company to inform them their “Safety First” driver was blocking the only fire hydrant on the street. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she wanted to start some argument of “how far away from the hydrant are they?” Is this close enough to qualify as blocking… Update: For anyone thinking this is an overreaction…the Chevy in the picture, parked in front of this truck (also Allen employee) had to jump start their car to get it running. How does this work in an emergency situation?

We are very pleased with Allen Roofing and Siding! It took a long time to actually get our siding replaced, but that is understandable with all the hail damage in the St. Louis area. We got ours done faster than many. Elmer and the office kept us updated when we called. The repair crew was fantastic and the price was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them.

Allen Roofing was great beginning to end. We are extremely pleased with our roof, siding and gutters. Their estimator met with our adjuster and advocated for all the damage that needed repair and continued to work with us to get it taken care of. The work was scheduled to be completed within a a week and that timeline was met. The crews that completed the work were professional, friendly, fast, and cleaned up the entire work space. I highly recommend Allen Roofing for any of your roof, siding or guttering needs.
