I asked when I called to make an appointment to check if my furnace was worth fixing since it is over 25 years old. The first guy came out and just cleaned it. That cost me $105.00. I asked him what the condition the furnace is in and he couldn't tell me. The second guy came the next day and I told him before he started the check the furnace condition.
