Ken Allen has been very good to my family and I. We have been with him for about 2 years and he's been one of the best landlords we've had in a while. Always responds with a sense of urgency to any request or issue we have. We are moving and thankfully able to move into another one of his properties. Thanks for all your help Mr. Allen, we really appreciate you.
Filled out application to just look and see what he had for rent ...charged $50 for app...went and looked and did not find anything and he got mad and took a judgement on me for not renting or liking anything he had ...the places all needed work done to them ...and when we was looking at one place and the neighbors came out and said he was a joke ...which I sorta could tell he was a crook by looking at him and his attitude...Do not do any business with this person ...lier and cheat ...
