Well do to my sister passing way on September 15 2025 and I lost my disability check ny no fault on my own. They by law with the fair houseing act can not file for eviction yet i have appeal ss design and now they are losing a good family but now I hope they get some one else that dose them wrong
Unless you wanna pay an arm a leg and a kidney for a busted down property with mold and god knows what else don’t waste your time with these “slumlords” and better yet lie on your application if you haven’t been at your job a whole year cause they WILL double the security deposit just to make their weeks pay Signed “the baby mama”

Ken Allen has been very good to my family and I. We have been with him for about 2 years and he's been one of the best landlords we've had in a while. Always responds with a sense of urgency to any request or issue we have. We are moving and thankfully able to move into another one of his properties. Thanks for all your help Mr. Allen, we really appreciate you.
