I had been going to Allen pond dental for about 2 or 3 years. My last appointment when I received the text message reminding me to confirm my appointment within 48 hrs of my scheduled appointment. This time frame had not expired yet and the front desk lady Yvonne canceled my appointment for the tooth repair. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and know I should have. The lady who cleaned my teeth was soooooooo rough and said it’s bleeding cause you don’t take care of your teeth I had my mouth so bloody. I have excellent teeth. Tried to train me on flossing which I do and it just was a horrible experience it’s like they were mad at me cause I actually needed cleaning which I was getting it done !

I saw Dr. Joyce Hottenstein many years ago when I was an adolescent. She was so mean and cruel. I still have extreme dental trauma and challenges going to the dentist because of the way she treated me as a literal child. It was so awful that I refused to even go to a dentist for many, many years. Trauma when you’re a child can seed so deeply. The best dental office I have ever been to! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating at all departments. I always recommend this dentist office to friends and family.
