BEWARE!!!This company has terrible customer service. ********* communications are left unanswered, no follow-through for Spring irrigation turn on. They refused to repair a frozen pipe that was improperly winterized on a one year old irrigation system which ultimately cost me an additional $500 to get it fixed by another company who found the cracked pipe. They lost six customers in my neighborhood for their lack of concern horrible service.
Business response:
This customer and neighbors decided to change service to save a few dollars on start up service. They were under warrenty with us for five years as long as we are servicing their systems. Our contract states that if another company is used it voids the warrenty. We do not know was done and when it was done, therefore we cannot warranty. This was explained but not excepted.
After a misunderstanding, the owner called and was extremely courteous and caring. After speaking with the owner, I would recommend this company!
Allen Outdoor Solutions had been doing our sprinkler maintenance for a little over a year and we were pleased with their service. However, we had quite a different experience when we hired them to solve a drainage issue in our backyard. There were too many breakdowns in communication and things that went wrong with this project to list here, but in summation after spending thousands of dollars to solve a drainage problem, we still have a backyard that becomes a swamp in the rain. This company has such a lack of communication that its not only with their customers but internally as well. Completely inaccurate proposals and billing but blames the customer for all their faults.
Talk about above and beyond!! Wow! The Allen Outdoor Solutions team blew me away with AWESOME SERVICE!! They have maintained our yard and landscape for many years so we asked them to install an irrigation system. The installers were VERY PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN! RecommendedThe entire experience was excellent. The owner Steve, personally came to my house to look at my project and give me his bid. He listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, very professional. The office workers were very good about scheduling and payment options. I was not home to witness the installation, but Ron the foreman called me to let me know the project was finished and gave me watering instructions and answered all my questions.

Matt came this morning to turn on our sprinkler system for 2020. He spotted a leak, tracked it down and fixed it. I must commend him on his persistence and expertise. Great Service!
