Talk about above and beyond!! Wow! The Allen Outdoor Solutions team blew me away with AWESOME SERVICE!! They have maintained our yard and landscape for many years so we asked them to install an irrigation system. The installers were VERY PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN! Our yard was put back in better condition than when they arrived. We chose a HUNTER HYDRAWISE system, which is operated from our Smart Phone. SUPER COOL!!! I've been with AOS for over 15 years: from landscape to irrigation installation and maintenance.. The technicians and installers have all (without exception) been professional, accommodating and courteous. They fix things right the first time, explain the work well and deliver when and what they promise. I simply can not say enough good things about this organization from the techs to the office to management. I highly recommend.

Had an issue after a service call. After expressing my frustration, I received a call from Steve Allen wanting to correct the situation. He was very helpful in dealing with my problem and clearly wanted to make things right. I appreciate his commitment to running a good company and his concern with customer satisfaction.

We had to get another contractor to finish the job. Instead of returning a portion of the deposit they hired an attorney who offered us 60 per cent of the amount they owed and wanted us to remove our reviews from the web. I have a patio made of pavers we didn't want. If they were ethical, they'd just do the right thing and not spend money on a lawyer. The way we see it, More irritation than irrigation. Not a good experience with this company. Terrible at returning phone calls and be responsive to customer needs. The owner takes no accountability for the issues within his company. The customer pays for it in the end!

We have a beautiful new front porch courtesy of Allen Outdoors Solutions. Although it was a long process, the owner Steve Allen provided us with the work we agreed upon. In the fall of 2012, they subcontracted the work and it crumbled in the following months. Though he could have turned his back on us, Steve Allen came to our house, met with us personally, and ultimately rectified a frustrating situation.

I had Allen install my sprinkler system 9 years ago. Since then, they've come out at least twice a year to activate/winterize the system, move sprinkler heads, etc. They've always been very responsive to my needs. I recommend them

Allen installed a 900 foot fence around the property, installed all of the current landscape around the fence and house, and updated and maintain our irrigation system on a 3-acre lot. They always do a great job, follow up well (replaced trees that didn't survive the 2012 heat), and are always competitively priced.
