I think they are great when you are in the office. .. but hope you don't have an emergency. ..or have to call after hours!! 3 calls to emergency number and an email... NO Response. That was weeks ago, still haven't heard from them. In the meantime , my daughter has a 3" wire sticking out of her mouth!!!
My daughter has been a patient at Dr. Allen's office since March of 2015. We have had great results in such a short time. For the 1st time since I can recall, my daughter is SMILING AGAIN! Dr.Allen took the time 45 minutes to be exact to go over all the process and our options. The office staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are always working w/ us to fit us in whenever my daughter has to have a wire adjusted or a bracket repaired. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Allen for 4 years and 9 months. 2 years of expanders and the rest in braces. He was so patient with her and now she has the most amazing smile and has all her teeth. Thank you to Dr. Allen and your wonderful staff.....
Almost a year of going to Dr Allen for my girls braces and we have had an amazing experience with them. Absolutely EVERYONE is amazingly friendly and patient. Dr. Allen is amazing at explaining and answering every question you can possibly have. So grateful to of been referred to him and his staff. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
