RecommendedOh my goodness where do I start? Well we couldn’t be anymore pleased with all of our Kitchenaid Appliances. Anyone that knows me knows how hard I am to please and how hard it is for me to make up my mind.. We want to thank Tammy Webb for the very best customer service, she went above and beyond for us. It’s a shame other stores aren’t as fortunate to have someone like her. She is very honest and super knowledgeable, which for us is a huge asset. Thank you Tammy for everything and thank you Allen Murphy’s Appliances.
We have used Allen Murphy's several times in the past few years for various repairs. They've always been quick, professional, and honest. They were also very helpful in recommending the most dependable washer/dryers to purchase for my mother, and when she has needed repair of other appliances I appreciate that they were kind and honest in dealing with her.
I cannot say enough good things about this store. We decided to give them a try instead of going to one of the box stores for a wall oven, stove top and microwave. Best decision ever! Due to circumstances beyond their control one of the items were on back order. They’ve done everything they could to make sure this item was tracked and installed in time for us.
