This business is horrible. We had them come out and look at a refrigerator. The technician that came out said it would have to go to their shop to be repaired. They came and picked it up, after having it for a couple weeks we called to get a update. After getting a run around we finally talked to a guy that was supposed to be working on it. He said they still haven't looked at it and didn't know when they could get to it. RecommendedI worked with Tammy to select a new refrigerator (after a horrible experience with Lowe’s delivery service), and three failed attempts! Long story short, Tammy was beyond patient with a very frustrated “me”! The perfect refrigerator was selected and delivered the next day, as promised! Also the two gentlemen that delivered it actually knew what they were doing and had it in the house and set up quickly with NO problems, very professional start to finish. Highly recommend Allen Murphy Appliances- great people!

My refrigerator went out unexpectedly and we needed a new one that day. I went to a few other places before going to Allen murphys and I wish I had just gone there first. Tammy was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for! All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Allen Murphy’s is definitely my new go to for appliances
Bought a part for my dryer that only worked once. The store said the fuse was a part they did not warranty. So that was forty dollars down the toilet. Looking at some other reviews it appears something happened to this business where it went from the place to go for appliances in West Rome to the place to avoid.
When ever you need a new appliance DON’T get it from Allen Murphy's Appliance Center. They are the worst at servicing an appliance that has warranty!! I’ve called since February on a dishwasher we purchased and they have yet to send someone. It’s always the same BS when I call.
delivered my hard to find all 4 matching appliances in 4 days! price matched AND they didn't have my dishwasher in stock after I paid for it so they UPGRADED it for free! we won't be buying appliances from anywhere but these guys from now on. I bought with Tammy and she was great to work with.
