Good doctor, but tried to push a medical procedure on me that I felt was unnecessary and that I did not want. Nonetheless, he listened to my concerns and treated me with respect, and we worked together on a treatment plan that was beneficial to me. His billing office, however, has confusing and irresponsible billing practices; applying payments I made to statements received for services rendered, to other charges for which I did not receive proper statements for. If you are looking for a real doctor who epitomizes how true doctors are supposed to be, caring, exceptionally knowledgeable and patiently takes the time to explain to you, in simple terms, what ailment and care you need, a doctor who is honestly concerned of your well being, then Dr. Hoffman is your doctor. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Hoffman as my Doctor/Surgeon. It's like finding a diamond in this rough world of mediocrity.
Excellent doctor, extremely thorough, gives very easy to understand post-operative instructions, I would recommend him to anyone.
