I went into Matt Bowers Gulfport Sept. 5th to look at a used jeep. The used car manager said he had the best price within a 1,000 miles that couldn't be beat. I left the dealership and told the salesman to call me if there were any changes with the price. Yesterday I ran across their ad and the jeep was reduced by 5K. I called the Gulfport store and was told it was reduced. The salesman called me back and said it was sold. I asked why I was never called when the manager had my info and knew I wanted the jeep. I came in to just view some of the newer models but i left out with perhaps my favorite vehicle that i’ve driven! Austin was a pleasure to work with and he has also followed up with me to make sure im ok with the truck!

Will not return to or deal with this dealership again. Took our car in to service that had a few issues including safety issues. Dealership charged us to fix some of the issues and said that they needed to “update” software on vehicle to fix the other issues. The problem they stated was fixed after keeping our car for 3 weeks was not fixed when we picked it up. Dealer called later and said come back and give us an opportunity to fix the problem and we’ll give you a loaner car this time. Came back as soon as we could. Service... read more
