This is our second new car purchase from Allen Hyundai! In 2015- Sonata and today we bought a Palisade! Super easy process, the staff is like family! Allison McCann was our dealer and the manager Robert helped a lot too!! Highly recommend!

They are super unprofessional. My mom and dad were getting a truck and the floor manager kept giving them the run for about three days. Then my dad texted him and said the deal was off, cause it was taking to long. The floor manager texts back and said okay sweet!. That tells me the truck was going to someone else. Or he didn’t wanna sell it to them at all.. Needless to say I will never go back!! That was the worst experience ever buying a car!!

Recently my husband took my car there to be serviced while l was out of town. Well, let’s say that, after a bill of $740.00 my car still runs like crap. The issues that prompted the visit to the dealer still there, plus a few extras. Let’s just say that this was a total waste of time and a big loss of money. Will not recommend to anyone. Will rather take the extra time and go to the dealer in Gautier that seem to know what they are doing better than this place.

Let me start by saying I do love my car, however this is my issue! I bought my car in 2017, 4 months in I had a flat tire. Upon looking in the trunk for my jack and spare all I found was a tire pressure machine that you hook a tiny can of fix-a-flat to. This was a joke right!!??? I still had to take the tire off since it was to flat to inflate with this set up. Once used this machine is now rendered useless. I suggest keeping a spare can of fix-a-flat in your trunk.
