Purchased a new vehicle (2020 Santa Fe) and have had several problems with it. Seems to be an electrical glitch which they can’t locate. AC work was going to take 2 weeks and had a hard time getting a rental. When AC stopped working the day after being repaired, I got upset and asked for a rental. The owner sent a text via his service manager starting my vehicle and I were not welcomed there. VERY unprofessional!
RecommendedAaron in the service department is awesome! my engine blew up in my sonata and had it fixed in less than a week! he was very understanding and super helpful. i definitely recommend this store!

This is our second new car purchase from Allen Hyundai! In 2015- Sonata and today we bought a Palisade! Super easy process, the staff is like family! Allison McCann was our dealer and the manager Robert helped a lot too!! Highly recommend!

They are super unprofessional. My mom and dad were getting a truck and the floor manager kept giving them the run for about three days. Then my dad texted him and said the deal was off, cause it was taking to long. The floor manager texts back and said okay sweet!. That tells me the truck was going to someone else. Or he didn’t wanna sell it to them at all.. Needless to say I will never go back!! That was the worst experience ever buying a car!!
