I've lived here for a couple of months now and I love it! Great location for working downtown, and great team overall. For the last couple of days, the complex has been dealing with major power outages. They have been very communicative, and not only are they offering the residents hotel reimbursement, but have also sourced generators to help us have power while the repairs are still ongoing. Fantastic job dealing with a difficult time for everyone!
Toured Allen house apartments with Karla Jimenez who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I spoke with her of my concerns regarding credit approval and budget and Karla sat with me discussing the different options I would have when it came to selecting which unit would work for me. Truly appreciate the honestly and time she put into my visit!
I can’t say enough about how friendly , efficient and knowledgeable Christopher was. I’m so excited about moving into the Allen, house apartments.
