I highly recommend this company. Mark has now done three home inspections for my wife and I. He is amazingly thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure that you know everything necessary to make an educated decision on a home you are considering.
Mark was referred by my real estate agent for his impeccable work. Being a previous condo owner, I had no idea what a single family home inspection entailed. I immediately felt at ease with him. He waited for me to write notes down, pointing everything out along the way. Most importantly, he didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing every detail. He consistently reminded that everything I needed would be in my report, and he was not wrong! His advice was above and beyond what I expected!
I had Mark Allen from Allen Home Inspection, inspect my mobile home before buying it.. He explained things to me as he went along, so I knew what I was buying before investing my retirement savings. He pointed out things that didn't meet code and needed to be addressed prior to the sale. He went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Marc Allen did an amazing job inspecting our soon to be new home! He was beyond thorough and pointed out things that would have been easily over-looked be the untrained eye.
