I brought my grandmother in for a dental emergency while she was visiting from out of town. Dr. Spann and her team took such good care of her that I immediately decided I would try Bethany Heights DC for myself. My former dentist is an hour away and I've been looking for a practitioner closer to home in McKinney. Dr. Spann and her ENTIRE staff are so accommodating and professional. I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years do to embarrassment, lack of insurance and little dental fear. But after explaining everything to them, they were BEYOND understanding and so patient and nice. I came in for an initial exam, and they ended up offering to do the procedure I needed right then and there. Dr Spann also helped me to afford my treatment by offering me an amazing payment plan. The Doctor and her staff are awesome. They explain everything and really make you feel comfortable. Least painful cleaning ever, I have sensitive gums. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
