Once you are taken to the examination room, exrays are taken quickly, then you are taken to the room, Dr Ferruci comes into the room quickly and explains the situation clearly. He also has a “No BS” attitude which I prefer and like.
Dr. Ferrucci has cared for several of my orthopedic situations. He has done surgery on me twice. Both surgeries, thanks to him, had amazing outcomes. He is a talented surgeon. He, and his staff make for a very caring team . I definitely recommend Dr. Ferrucci. In fact, I already have recommended him to others who have also had the same wonderful results..
Hamden office was very busy and so was Dr. Ferrucci, but I felt like he listened and addressed my concerns well. I felt heard in my complaints and like he paid attention to my history. I also felt well informed about next steps and the office followed up with scheduling in a timely manner. Overall very happy with the experience.
