The very first time I went it was a great experience. They did a great job cleaning and repairing a crown. The second experience was less then. So my first cleaning my insurance covered everything but $9, no problem I can cover that. The second cleaning they were late calling me back. They rushed me through, then said my insurance did’nt cover $9. About 3 weeks later I got a text saying I owed $66 so I called and they said that wrong I now owe $105. This is hands down the best Dentist I’ve ever been to.I was having 4 crowns and redoing a bunch of fillings.Kristin and Becca the dental assistants were fantastic,incredibly patient and knowledgeable.Dr Copeland and Dr Allen were excellent. I have never enjoyed going to the Dentist but these Dental assistants and Doctors were amazing and made it a very easy enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about this Dentistry and its people
The folks at Allen Family Dentistry in Bullard are top notch. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and it’s always a pleasure when I go. I’ve had extensive dental work done with them. The technicians are the most friendly, always with a smile, and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Copeland is very good and the prettiest dentist I’ve ever had; I’m old enough to be her father too. I highly recommend Allen Family Dentistry.
As always, the staff are friendly and neighborly. They performed very professionally and made suggestions for my dental habits. I've been going there for years and intend to do so.
Received a new crown yesterday!! Dr. Copeland is amazing! Amy assisted! What a team!! Amy knew exactly what Dr. Copeland needed next and had it in her hand before she even asked for it! Everyone is always gentle and caring! No fears and no stress at this dental office!!
