We love our Allen Family! We have all received exceptional care from the entire staff. Not only do they provide excellent dental care but this practice as a whole is very inviting. From the moment you walk in the door we are always greeted with a smile and cheerful staff. My children are comfortable and feel like they are genuinely cared for at each visit. The very first time I went it was a great experience. They did a great job cleaning and repairing a crown. The second experience was less then. So my first cleaning my insurance covered everything but $9, no problem I can cover that. The second cleaning they were late calling me back. They rushed me through, then said my insurance did’nt cover $9. About 3 weeks later I got a text saying I owed $66 so I called and they said that wrong I now owe $105. I have received wonderful care at Allen Family Dentistry in Bullard. It’s a beautiful office with friendly and knowledgeable people. They are very flexible and always do a great job communicating before, during, and after the visit. Highly recommend!
I have always been frightened of the dentist. When I walked into Allen Family Dentistry, I was immediately welcomed and treated like family. From the first appointment, to phone call checkups by Dr. Allen, to the final appointment, all of the staff there are just so kind and caring, and they truly want the best for you.
