Over the years, I've gotten used to waiting, for long periods of time, in 'waiting' rooms at doctors offices, feeling lucky if they were just 30 minutes behind schedule. At the Allen Dental Center, they are always prompt, professional, and friendly.
Great visit Nancy always does a great job even when she has bad news to tell me. I trust her judgement any time she says I need something extra. The office staff was very nice and efficient. They explained my insurance and what I might have to pay above what the insurance might pay.
My choice for dentistry! As always, I received excellent, timely service. I was seen for an infection that will require a root canal. Prescription was given and procedure has been set. I am confident that the problem will be resolved.
