Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Is this provider's business conveniently located? No, its really far from the freeway and other shops Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Was this asthma - allergy specialist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Dr. Kossoy has worked vigorously to find and treat the cause of my symptoms. He takes time to listen and to talk, and to work with other doctors to provide the best treatment possible. His staff is very kind, polite, efficient, and professional. I trust Dr. Kossoy completely and am 100% confident in the services he and his staff provide. His office is easy enough to find, and well worth the visit!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
