Tried this place on a recommendation and was thrilled! The frames are high quality. I thought loosing/tightening screws was a standard for frames - until I came here! They stand behind their products and the customer service is knowledgeable, pleasant and consistent. The staff genuinely want you have the right style and best fit for you, regardless of price tag. Simply outstanding! I appreciate working with people so educated and pleasant.
Appointment was on time. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Optometrist was great in answering all questions and explaining results. Between seeing the dr. and getting glasses they forgot about me for about 30ish min. But they apologized and issue was resolved.
I was really put off by the pushy sales team that basically forced Progressives on me. I'll never go this this business again. They should go into the used car sales business. Thumbs down!
