After walking into the room almost 2 hours late the fact that there was no hello or I'm Dr.... didnt sit well with me. First impressions are usually lasting one and If i had to choose I would opt out . Lack bedside manners to me. As far as diagnosis I'm not sure in that area, therefore I cannot rate.
Annette, I am sorry for your experience. I have looked back at my schedule and did not have an Annette on my patient list. If you were with a patient I saw, I am sorry for your wait. There are times in a surgery practice that this happens despite our best efforts. I hope you will forgive me if that was indeed the case, as I never intend to make anyone wait if I can help it. Hope you're well now and your condition or your loved ones condition is resolved!
