I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding. They explained everything they were doing and were incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend Allen Dental to anyone, especially if dental visits make you nervous.
There team do not listen to the patient I told them I don't want a deep cleaning. They charge for a deep clean that then never do and insurance will not cover it American Dental Association say they must listen to their customer looking for a new dentist. Even ask to talk to the owner and was not lisen to.
