Been here for almost ten years and like most other places it is not perfect but I have had no serious issues and have been treated more than fairly by all the managers and by Norris Stevens. Used to have high turnover of site managers but last several years have seen no turnover and the management team onsite is first rate and glad they have stayed. The whole complex is family friendly and safe quiet environment for all. I have very much enjoyed my time here and will continue living at Allen Creek
Unprofessional service. Managers lie and steal. Deposit to unit was in question. After paying personal cleaning service, manager still charged me an extra $250. No callbacks, no repair or replacement of appliances. Never in office. Walls green and moldy. Kids got sick and no Response from office. Very Hazardous place to live for seniors and children under 16. Be aware please if you have Babies.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex and it's managing company, Norris and Stevens take advantage of the fact the location is unincorporated and does not have anyone requiring places like this to follow any sort of building code, (this is why it has been over a year now of rubble sitting outside one of the units, only after pictures being posted in their review they now have brought in a second company to fix the mess) The outside walls of their buildings are covered in mold.
