⭐☆☆☆☆ I cannot recommend living here. The biggest issue has not been the apartment itself, but the conduct and professionalism of the on-site management and maintenance staff. Throughout my tenancy, communication has been inconsistent and contradictory. I have repeatedly followed the instructions provided by management, only to later be criticized or threatened for doing exactly what I was told to do. Been here for almost ten years and like most other places it is not perfect but I have had no serious issues and have been treated more than fairly by all the managers and by Norris Stevens. Used to have high turnover of site managers but last several years have seen no turnover and the management team onsite is first rate and glad they have stayed. The whole complex is family friendly and safe quiet environment for all. I have very much enjoyed my time here and will continue living at Allen Creek
Unprofessional service. Managers lie and steal. Deposit to unit was in question. After paying personal cleaning service, manager still charged me an extra $250. No callbacks, no repair or replacement of appliances. Never in office. Walls green and moldy. Kids got sick and no Response from office. Very Hazardous place to live for seniors and children under 16. Be aware please if you have Babies.
I've lived at Allen Creek Apartments for about 6 years management has changed a couple of time since then. Also there have been many improvements since Rosie took over management. I've never had a problem with management but i also paid my bills an wasnt a problem maker. an if you leave a message it will get answered soon as management can. They always got back to me.
