Unprofessional service. Managers lie and steal. Deposit to unit was in question. After paying personal cleaning service, manager still charged me an extra $250. No callbacks, no repair or replacement of appliances. Never in office. Walls green and moldy. Kids got sick and no Response from office. Very Hazardous place to live for seniors and children under 16. Be aware please if you have Babies.
I've lived at Allen Creek Apartments for about 6 years management has changed a couple of time since then. Also there have been many improvements since Rosie took over management. I've never had a problem with management but i also paid my bills an wasnt a problem maker. an if you leave a message it will get answered soon as management can. They always got back to me. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex and it's managing company, Norris and Stevens take advantage of the fact the location is unincorporated and does not have anyone requiring places like this to follow any sort of building code, (this is why it has been over a year now of rubble sitting outside one of the units, only after pictures being posted in their review they now have brought in a second company to fix the mess) The outside walls of their buildings are covered in mold. Have lived here for over two years now, and it has taken two years to get any sort of repair issues done. The current manager's (who has been here the whole two+ years I've lived here) husband who is the onsite handyman has taken pictures of me standing with my children at the bus stop at the front of the complex as means of intimidation due to our issues with his continual failed repair attempts.
