customer service is not very good I dont feel the company stands behind the products they sell. I bought a shotgun case that was not cheap that broke apart in less then 8 months I sent photos to customer service and was answered I replied back and have gotten no response back. I hunt with a lot of people and I'll let them know how disappointed I'm with this company.

I bought Alan arrows from Walmart And the first time I shot them they fell apart And was told by Allen company that I would be Receiving New arrows Over 2 weeks ago and I still have not got a tracking number or anything I would not recommend this product to anyone
I owned an an Allen bow release for years and so when it wore out, I bought a new one. compared to the old one it had extremely less build quality. i have shot it about fifteen times and it literally tore apart mid draw. My $30 arrow, with a $10 Luminoc on it went sailing out of control and god only knows where it went. I have used Allen products for years, but never again. this could have gotten someone seriously hurt.
the products I use are archery arrows and quivers, I however will not recommend broad heads or releases. I can say you get what you pay for
