Slipping compared to the past, a shame. When we bought our cars, used, from Allen, we were very happy and while our salresperson was there, they treated us great. Our salesperson moved on, and we finally reached a needed oil change, only to be told "only new car purchasers". Wow, yes, you just saved money, and lost a customer. Good luck.
