Had a great experience with the service department. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the girl working service was very easy to talk to and listen to what I needed and I felt very comfortable when I left believe her name was Lexi she was great 👍 very informative and knew what she was talking about when I ask her about my back breaks thank you
Very impressed. Purchase a 2025 Buick enclave at a great price. Staff were great 👍 would use them in the future for family vehicles.
My escalade stopped running on the highway, had it towed to Allen, they called and said it was very bad, and it would take a while they had to order the parts, i would like to thank the lady for always calling and giving me updates and progress, also thank the mechanic, and the person in the office who gave the ok to move forward, I'm driving into the sunlight with a smile. Thank you Allen Cadillac.
Highly recommend Joe Dominique. He was very professional and helpful in my search for a new vehicle. Took time to ask what was important to me, was timely in communicating with me, and was quick in finding solutions to meet my needs. He provided personal, professional service that is hard to find these days.
Great staff, great service every time!
