One of the better places to buy or lease a Cadillac. Brian Nelson was certainly very helpful when it came to helping my parents get out of their 2023 XT5 lease so they could then lease a 2025 Lyriq. You do not need to go to a standalone Cadillac dealer just to get good service or find helpful staff.
My worst car buying experience ever, and an embarrassment to the name of Cadillac! I’m from California and was interested in the Diesel model of the Escalade. Well, I went to get a car I was so frustrated because I wanted a late model cadillac. Unfortunately they said the banks would pay for later model cadillacs unless I put $9,000-5000 down. I also they brought out cheap ass cars that were insulting. My mom cosigned then but they still wanted half of the car paid before I could buy it. Bought a low-volume, high-performance car from out of state at Allen Cadillac -- a complex purchase. Received a very fair price and was I was not upsold or pressured to add anything I did not want. The salesman, Jasen Raby, was very good at communication and picked me up from the airport. I thought I was treated fairly and the actual purchase experience was very efficient. Ain't she a beauty?
