The burgers are really good & hefty. The sides are all scant but tasty. Problem is they are all seriously overpriced. One entree, a specialty drink and tip cost around $35 minimum.
Truly the best burgers anywhere. Great ambiance. No negatives here! It's all good.

If I could give 3.5 I would. Everything was good, but good is all. Their onion rings were crisp but didn't display any separation from onion rings you'd get anywhere else. The burger was cooked perfectly as ordered (medium rare) and had good flavor but wasn't something that blew my mind and would cause me to come back. Living north of Grand Island, it isn't worth the drive to Buffalo considering what you have to pay. Places like Grovers or The Griffon will put out a better product at a lower price.
If I could give this zero stars I would. Ordered our burger medium rare and it was raw...like still cold when we bit into it kind of raw. Sent back, waited over an hour and never received a new one. My boyfriend told the hostess we were leaving and would gladly pay for our fries. We waited several minutes and the hostess didn't bring a check so we left. The server then chased us out into the street asking if we were going to pay our bill, which we had already tried to do. She proceeded to charge us $7.00 for a side of fries.... read more

Been looking forward to going here for a while, I was extremely disappointed. Took 15 minutes to even see our server, 2 couples who came in after us were waited on before us. Food was cold when delivered to our table. Music was so loud you had to scream to hear each other, then it was turned up even louder. The burgers were decent at best, but that is not why I won't be returning. The service was some of the worst I've had in a very long time.
