I was referred to go to this location for treatment. Upon my arrival there were two gentlemen sitting at the front desk. I was greeted and I told them that I have an appointment at 12. One of the gentlemen asked me to signin and offered me a seat. Moments later while I was looking down at my phone a man with a worn out, dingy lab coat approached me with a rude hello.
