They cannot get an admitted guilt case right! I was wondering if they were my attorneys or attorneys for the guilty party. How do you mess up a case when the other side admits fault? You don't even try! The win felt like a loss because the judgment was a joke. The ONLY reason I won because the fault was clear, not because they cared at all about my well being or my pain. In my option, my attorney, using term loosely, was trying to keep options open when looking for his next job.
