Cassandra at the front desk has always been extremely helpful and every single Issue I've had with the apartment has been quickly met and fixed by her. She deserves a raise because she seems to genuinely care about the residents At the apartment as any good management Should

changing my review. These absolute scammers charge a 45 dollar "service fee" to pay rent on their app. which is up from the 10 dollars before they sold. Absolutely ridiculous
Maintenance is great, quick to help. However the water supplied to the residents is wretched and smells of H2S, DONT DRINK IT! The power goes out when the sky turns grey, it doesn’t even have to storm, just change colors… Or come to think of it, if the wind changes the power left the convo. The “Gated Community”, yeah gates rarely work. Overpriced while you spend hot nights w/o A/C and still pay full price. OVERRATED COMMUNITY
I just moved in about a week ago but so far everything has been so amazing here. I moved into a pretty clean apartment, the one maintenance issue I had was fixed right away, the complex is CLEAN and feels safe, it’s very well kept. The main star of the show has been Cassondra in the leasing office though. She is genuinely so kind and makes you feel safe to come to her with any questions or concerns - that has meant the world to me.
