Worst management company I have dealt with in 15 years. I have had such amazing experiences in the past- this all makes me look back on them quite fondly. Allegro took 4 months to come address an electrical issue and a downed tree in the yard despite multiple emails/calls/maintenance requests.They only came after I mentioned that it was illegal for them to not come to the property to address these issues. Horrible management company. They never reply to emails and never return phone calls even when they promised to. Took over a month and a half for them to send maintenance. Maintenance says they said they never got any notification until a couple days prior to coming out. They can't keep track of paperwork either. Took a full month of constant emails to verify that I had sent payment. Leasing agent just lied about having to give notice to the company that my lease is ending.
