reasonable rent prices, services what needs to be serviced, never popped up any surprise fees on me. Robert Allegro works with people with low credit and/or not a lot of renters history. that being said, keep in mind that you may or may not be neighboring with the not so clean criminal record "old east dallas" types when you live there but that's just comes with the territory. all-in-all i had a nice experience living in a spacious one bed here for a low price.

Mr. Allegro was very helpful to me.. was even willing to lower rental price on one of his beautiful properties one block away from Highland Park. He was trying to help me and my 5 year old son. I also met his kind hearted mother. However, I ended not moving after all. If I had to I know he would help in a New York Minute..
Very professional and family oriented type of people running the show! Extremely happy with our choice to live on these properties!
