Got in early & excellent care as always!
I have a long history with this practice and it has always been great. Front office is always great and the dental staff is always smiling and upbeat. Worked with a new person on the staff this week and she fits right in. No matter who you work with they all are really good at the job. Trained and skilled.

Dr. Sursely and her staff are great. They are all very friendly, and good at what they do. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need or make things more complicated than they need to be, and I really appreciate that. You are always informed about what the cost will be ahead of time. I'm so glad I found this dentist!
A visit to this office is anything but routine. Staff are friendly and deliver great service. A very “family” like atmosphere where you don’t feel like just another patient.
We love ALL the ladies at Totem Lake Smiles! They have our complete trust and they know what they are doing. We would never go anywhere else!
Ostensibly since I got a good check up I'm happy. But between the lines Andrea, staff and Dr. Pam keep my wife and my oral health on the straight and narrow for a fulfilled life using our teeth to nosh on our favorite foods. I was given a courtesy phone call from Tonya to let me know the weather had caused delays in the scheduling & to come in 15 minutes later than schedule. Very considerate. I had indicated in advance that all my dental insurance benefit had been used & to not have Dr. Sursely check in as cost containment. Dr. did check up with out billing for review.
