When I walk through the door there's a warm and welcoming feeling every time. Mushy at it sounds, the office seems like a home and the staff like a family. Also, they have a special deal for those of us who have no dental insurance. This is as good as a visit to the dentist gets.
I can't say enough good things about the women at Totem Lake Smiles - always professional, attentive to patient comfort, and skilled. They inspire confidence.
This was my child’s first dentist visit and mommy was nervous. With in minutes my nerves were gone. The hygienist explained every dental tool to my children, letting them touch each one. Moved the chair up and down as if it was a playground ride. Beyond ensuring my children were comfortable the dental aspect of the visit was thorough and professional. So glad our new family Dentist is Dr Pamela Surselys and her team at Totem Lake Smiles!
