I look forward to visiting Totem Lake appointments. Strange, going to the dentist is fun? From Tonya setting it up on the phone to Tonya’s sweet greeting as I enter I’m all set. The hygienist are excellent, technically and personally. Dr Pam is the best! Great experience every single time.

I went in for my first visit at Totem Lake Smiles recently and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I received a very thorough cleaning and the staff seem genuinely concerned that I was comfortable.

My whole family has been coming to Totem Lake Smiles for almost 20 years. Most of the staff has been there longer than us. Everyone is so compassionate, thorough, and professional. My children, from their first visit, always felt comfortable and safe.
