Dr. Schiebel is a wonderful peditrician! He is extremely knowledge, takes the time to explain the "why" to me and my kids love his goofy personality. I never feel rushed out of my appointments and feel my needs are being met. The staff is also very helping, especially when it comes to nurse advice, sports forms and prescription pick ups. Thank you!!
I am so sad that I am having to write this,because I have loved this office since my son was born back in October,but now after my visit today I will be finding a new doctor/office to be going to. I have a huge complaint about the customer service of your staff. I was treated like complete dirt because of a mistake made on their end of things,and I am not quite sure if it is because of my ethnicity or my age but either way,it was unprofessional and completely disgusting. The doctors are great! � I didn’t feel rushed at all. They took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed.
Dr. Label is fantastic, warm, friendly and great with kiddos! She takes the time to answer all our questions, no matter how "silly" they may seem �
The dr's are great and staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Allegro Pediatrics
