Staff is amazing!
ALWAYS great! An added benefit this time was meeting Rachel again after a longtime. She's the daughter of my super neigbhors who live across from the end of my driveway.
The staff and Dr Sursely were wonderful. Very nice and helpful. I felt completely at ease and cared about. I strongly recommend them.
The team at Totem Lake Smiles is the friendliest staff. I've been coming here for several years and I will not go anywhere else. I have started bringing my son here, and they handle him with great care. Thanks!

Dr Sursley and her staff are so professional and so caring. I have a ton of oral work to be completed and Dr Sursley takes great pride to make sure it’s done right the first time. She and her staff has made me realize just how amazing dentistry can be when you are in the hands of true professionals. I cannot thank her and her staff enough on a job well done!
Was in your clinic yesterday for examination and teeth cleaning. Pam and Tonya at the desk were wonderful as was Rachelle who is my clinician. I have attended this dental office for numerous decades and they are always absolutely the best in patient care and care of my dental needs. I would recommend them highly!
I had a new, to me, hygienist (Lisa)? She was wonderful and easy to talk to. I hope to get her again.
