Entire staff is very nice and they are very thorough. Made the experience of going to dentist a good one.
We cudnt be happier with our experience with Totem Smiles. It was my daughter’s 1st dental appointment and both Laila and Dr. Aishwarya made my daughter feel at ease and were very gentle. My daughter is 2.5 yrs old and very shy so as parent we were nervous getting her to 1st dentist appointment but was amazed on how well it went. Highly recommend this place!
The transition to Dr. Ash appears to be very smooth. The team seems to be as smooth as they have always been, and Dr. Ash is personable and professionally thorough.
Not great with going to the dentist but love love the staff everyone is so caring and takes wonderful care of me.
Dr. Ash is a very professional,soft spoken, knowledgeable, and kind dentist, that I had the pleasure of meeting and being treated for my pain that I'm having. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her. Her staff is always professional; helpful, kind, and courteous .
My dental hygienist was April. Excellent technical skills and a delight to be with. I’ve been a longtime patient of Dr Sursley first in Hawaii and then here. Dr Sursley chose incredibly well choosing Dr Ash as her successor. A kind, sweet and talented person. I’m hooked, this is my choice
It was a year since my last dental appointment and I had moved and was in need of a new dentist. When I called Totem Lake Smiles, the earliest appointment available was not until September, but that they would put me on the cancellation list. Fortunately an opening came available this past week. I found Dr. Aish and her staff very pleasant and competent and feel confident that I have made a good choice for my future dental care.
I enjoyed meeting the new dentist and look forward to continued excellent service at Totem Lake Smiles!
