I was very happy with my first appointment at Totem Lake Smiles. The staff were friendly and very thoughtful (Kaylie and Lisa especially). The office was very tidy and clean. Everyone was following all the safety measures currently needed for COVID-19. I felt very safe there. They were extremely thorough and gave me lots of feedback and advice about my teeth moving foreword. Dr. Sursley was extremely nice and helpful.

I went in for a mold to create a replacement tooth and Dr. Sursley noticed a small cavity. She and her assistant assessed the situation and immediately corrected the problem! We then loved on effortlessly with the mold!

The girls at the front desk always have a smile and I love that Dr. Sursely walks you through the options and the why behind whatever is going on to give me a better understand so I can make an informed decision.
