Everyone at the office was very friendly, helpful and professional. Scheduling my next appointment was easy and convenient. Great experience.
What a great place to go, a lot of people have a bad perception of the dentist, Totem Lake Smiles is an amazing place to go!!! Great people everywhere always wonderful to talk too and everyone is always smiles. You always walk out of there feeling better that when you walked in!! I recommend Totem Lake Smiles with a ten star rating!!!

Great dentist and staff. Have had my initial appointment there and two cleanings now and I am very happy with my care. No hard sell and the staff is very accommodating and professional in a friendly way. I am very confident that I will have a long relationship here.
My second visit to Totem Lake Smiles, Dr. Pam Sursely, and I am very happy I made the change to her practice. Lisa was very thorough and made sure the visit was also educational.
