Dental hygienist Anne was professional, caring, and thorough. She answered all my questions with concern and empathy.
Totem Lake smiles is the best. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sursely is very gentle and thoughtful in her approach to treatment.

I called for an appointment on 8/31 and I was initially got an appointment for January 2023. I was placed on a waiting list for any last minute cancellation and the next day September 1st the office contacted me if I am available to come in the afternoon which I said yes.
