I've been continuously impressed with the professionalism and quality of care from everyone in Dr.Chen's office. My daughter has special needs and is not an easy patient. She actually enjoyed getting x-rays and her teeth cleaned! And when she needed more substantial work done, everyone was super-kind, responsive and helpful to address her needs.
Great office! This was our second visit for my 22 month old son. Everyone at the office is very nice and patient! Things were clearly explained to me. Thank you!

Dr. Chen is caring for all the details carried over the operation. He did a fabulous job. Audrey felt good after the tooth removal. The clinic is clean and kids friendly. Only drawback is the bill. Audrey has gone through a diagnostics of her tooth pain. And it is billed to the insurance as semi-annual exams. It is a mistake to bill it as semi-annual exam. As a result, Audrey's second semi-annual exam has to be totally out of pocket.
Dr. Chen and the team are great. He always explains things clearly to both parent and the child (in a kid friendly way). The kids think going to the dentist is fun, so that is a huge win.
Dr chen and his staff are very kid friendly and makes sure kids are comfortable through out whole dental process..My 3 year old never complained during his cleaning..
We are very happy with our experience. The office was able to schedule my daughter quickly for her first visit to the clinic. Like many children she gets very nervous for doctor's appointments, but she felt very comfortable once there and enjoyed the cute little decorations and play nooks around the office. In fact after the appointment she didn't want to leave! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr Chen was wonderful. He put my daughter right at ease and explained things well.
