I'm a newer patient and have found all of the front office staff as well as the clinical staff to be knowledgeable, expert, patient, and kind. I'm more than grateful to find such great folks to work with. I feel confident that i'm in good hands. Thank you Totem Lake Smiles!

I chipped a tooth. Dr Sursley got me that week. Fixed it. Looks grea! She and the staff are wonderful!

Great experience as always! We’ve gone to this office for years and we’re always takes great care of. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but Dr Sursley and her team always make it very easy.
My latest visit to TLS was smooth and uneventful. Best of care from Rachel cleaning to Dr. Sursely's quick, deft and thorough visual exam of the current state of health in my mouth. I'm very happy with my experience at Totem Lake Smiles.

All of the staff at Totem Lake Smiles were exceptionally competent, friendly and courteous. I had the best cleaning that I think I've ever had in my 60 plus years! Stains I didn't even know could come off- came off!
