Y’all were life savers for working people until you cut Saturday hours and closed Sundays. Most people who have jobs don’t have unlimited sick days

We are very sorry you feel this way. Before we acquired the 2 clinics, the staff at East were very tired. Some cried happy tears when we decided to close Sunday because they had been unable to go to Church in a long time. We are very sorry we did not meet your needs this weekend. We are open during lunch at most locations and if you want to call and make an appointment we will do our best to make it quick. We are learning a new computer system and are slower than usual, but every day gets better! We hope you feel better!
Went there this morning for the first time with my 3 year old having an ear infection and even in the midst of them switching over to a new system and their office full of buzz, they were all so nice and friendly!!!! And my son felt so comfortable!!! Thanks for everything!!! I’m glad we are switching to Allegro!!!!

I took my 5 year old in hope to figure out some fainting/seizure type spells she was having. She had been dismissed by other doctors. They got us back quick and gave her a very detailed examination. Due to the results they set us up to get an MRI within the Hour and mad an appointment for use to see an eye doctor. By 2:00 we had seen 3 doctors and had multiple test run! I went to the New Hope clinic because of some lower abdominal pain. I called first and made an appointment for 3:45. The discomfort started getting worse so I arrived at 1:05. That’s when the nurses and practitioners take their lunch. They went above and beyond and saw me even though it was their lunch. I was having a lot of pain, & I was very thankful for their willingness to help me. The receptionist were super nice, & never made me feel like I would have to wait. The staff at Allegro Kids is absolutely wonderful!!! Amy was amazing with my 2 year old son. He had to have his finger pricked for bloodwork & the nurse was so good with him. Stephanie even came back in after he calmed down & blew bubbles for him!!� We will definitely be back!!
