After two months trying to get a Denta-Cal provider to take care of a broken wisdom tooth, I called them today and they took me as an emergency patient. An hour later my tooth was extracted and I was on my way! Western Dental jerked me around for over a month and their “specialist” wouldn’t even look at my tooth. What a joke! They are worse than worthless.
Great staff. A special thank you to Sveta who did an amazing dental cleaning. Very thorough, yet gentle. She kindly addressed my concerns and gave great advice on caring for my teeth. Very talented professional. Thank you.
The doctors are very nice and polite. But, at the reception, a woman named Lana is very rude. She can't rewrite the patient's name correctly, I don't know if she has vision problems or grammar problems and she doesn't speak the alphabet. Besides, she is very rude to patients. Does not schedule appointments correctly. The doctors are very good. It would be good if she was taught to speak politely with all patients. Doctors are professional. Thank them. But miss Lana giving very bad feels there.
