Unfortunately our property management company use this company, they never seem to fix the issue first time or the second time, they make guesses and replace parts that are working correctly. One of their ‘engineers’ was extremely rude to me and started shouting at me in my home to the point where I asked him to leave and never wanted him back here, unfortunately at a later date they sent him again!
