Great service.
Their full body cryo has 0 privacy. There is a curtain that doesn't even touch the floor as the "door" right in the front lobby. Its also right by the front window with cheap mini blinds and tint on the windows so at night anyone can see inside. Keep in mind you're supposed to be undressed for this and in your underwear. Or close to it. They need to make this more private for people undressing to use this service. Not everyone is comfortable being half naked with little to no privacy.
Five stars for Allegra Wellness Spa! My first visit, I was able to meet the owner. He was amazing and certainly knowledgeable and took so much time explaining everything to me. Jess took care of me during my returned visit, and she was wonderful. She really knows her stuff—she offered great advice and made sure everything was perfect for me. Her kindness and professionalism made a great day even better. I just love her! Thank you, Jess and the Allegra Team! I am so happy I found this place!
From the moment I walked in, I felt appreciated. The kind and friendly staff met me and showed me around. No high pressure sales nor gimmicks. The equipment is top notch. The area is clean and welcoming. The entire staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Special kudos go out to little Jess. Caring, articulate, attentive and incredible nice.
