It keeps getting worse yet another girl is gone! I will report results on cryo after my 24 session are complete! 12 session on Thighs not that much change. Belly area not moving the way expected either. I will report back after I finish my sessions. I should have read Allen’s reviews below on cryo! worst part Cryo machine was upgraded to a better result machine and I was told customers with Cryo package can’t get upgraded because someone else owns the machine?? The salt room really helped my sinuses today. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. A must as we start allergy season
I had a great experience. Cryotherapy was helpful before my race to clear inflammation. I also did compression while there for the first time. Worth trying as it was only $20 and felt helpful.
