New full member after one visit. This place is like MC hammer. "To Legit to Quit". They have helped me recover from knee and shoulder issues.
My weekly visits to Allegra Wellness Spa keep me healthy and injury-free. I am an avid tennis player, playing 4-5 times each week. I use cryotherapy to help reduce inflammation, along with compression therapy to improve circulation and the Iron Man massage chair to relieve sore muscles.
