I can’t thank Matthew enough for his incredible help during what could have been a very stressful situation. I was really excited to potentially lease an apartment from Allegra Properties, unfortunately they took TWO business days to get back to me. I was in a hurry to find a new place so this was very frustrating. I ended up having to lease somewhere else because I was going to lose out on that other place if I didn't commit.
