The staff as a rule is very professional and caring.one nurse in the morning is down right rude. The biggest problem is the food. I’ve had four meals served to me at room temperature and in the afternoon they are always ready to check it and make sure it’s hot. The morning staff doesn’t care. I finally got a supply of salt and pepper as every morning the eggs have no evidence of any salt.

Had my mom here who recently just went through hip surgery. The small amount of the nice employees are the only redeeming qualities. Majority she encountered were either inconsiderate or rude. None of them didn't know she went through hip surgery so she had to tell them so they can be more cautious of how they handle her. Consistently gave her pills that they had no idea what they were for which is very alarming since they need to know that they're giving her the right ones. PLEASE READ PRIOR TO LEAVING SOMEONE YOU LOVE IN THIS PLACE. My mom (94 yoa) was in this place for approximately 20 days for rehab after having a severe kidney infection. She was over medicated so bad that we thought we were going to loose her. After 3 days of not knowing us or knowing her own name without pausing to think about it, my brother demanded to see her list of medications. She was on 23 different medications! With my late mother and father in their 90's we have been residents in several "rehab" facilities. Some were private pay and very expensive. None have been as caring and involved as Allegiant. My father has been a resident for 6 days and this is the only place where my parent has not begged me to take them out. Most places are resistant to actually helping a 95 yr old walk without aid.
