Matthew Canard spammed my inbox with a couple docusigns that were not even accessible, I had stated multiple times to this company not to contact me once the lease on the person I cosigned was complete which it was back in 04/01/2024. No response when I emailed back and called. Also had issues with Bryan Reese.
Matthew allowed me to tour an apartment in a building with extreme structural issues. I signed a lease because I was unaware. They do not care about your safety. Because of their negligence I’m being forced to move twice in 2 months. I’m sure I won’t even get my deposit back. Avoid at all costs!

Being new to the area, I was warmly welcomed by Mathew, whose incredible hospitality and professionalism made the entire process seamless. I’m truly overwhelmed by his kindness and attentiveness. Bryan and Matthew were great to work with throughout the application process. Both responded very quickly and answered all of my questions making it very easy. Within a day of applying I was approved and received a lease to sign.
Do not apply for a renal here!! It’s sketchy!!!!! Bryan sent me application which contained personal info of another applicant (social security number, drivers license, etc). Because of my security concern I asked if I could apply through Zillow, where my data would be protected and not inadvertently shared with other applicants. They said no and that the unit was actually already taken…red flags and sketchiness all around.
