Quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered in medicine. They simply don't care about the patients. I was referred here and almost walked out the first time and I should have trusted my instincts after giving it a second chance that first visit which took almost 2 hours (so much for having an appointment time and being seen on time) Today went to my appointment, nobody answered the phone so I knocked on the door and was told everyone was gone for the day.
