When I first contacted Phillip about putting a piece of his work on my thigh, he came highly recommended by a few people I knew. I had not had any work done since I got my piece done in Orlando so I was a little hesitant I was going to walk into the same tired shop Augusta is famous for walls covered in the same flash posters. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Phillip Jacobs at Allegiance Ink. He understood the importance of my tattoo (something in honor of my mother’s cancer survival) and it became important to him as well. I have witnessed nothing but wonderful costumer service and a very clean environment. Phillip and his team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable as well as being involved in the community; such as toys for tots and ext. I would highly recommend Allegiance Ink to anyone!
Philip and his team are the best in Augusta! They are professional and go out of their way to get you what you want...even if they have to redraw it- sorry, Philip! What an awesome experience. This was my first tattoo and Philip, the owner, did it for me. I got dog tags on my foot and army wife with heart on back of ankle. He did such a great job making me comfortable and the pain was minimal. I get compliments every time I go out. It was not even healed and they were complimenting the work. He will touch up anything wrong or unsatisfactory for free and gives great customer service. Price was more then fair as well. Philip and his crew are some of the best tattoo artists in Augusta and the bad reviews are FALSE. I have 4 tattoos from Philip and his team and I will be going back again and again for more tattoos. I have a gorgeous leg piece that Philip did and would be happy to show anyone who wanted to see an example of his work!! This shop is Clean, Friendly and Comfortable. They are ALL about the customer! This is hands down the best shop i've ever been to! Philip and the crew lay the best ink. I went to them with a very sentimental piece i wanted done and philip made it look amazing. I'll never let anyone else touch me with a tattoo gun unless they works at Allegiance Ink. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. It's about time we have a respectable tattoo shop that does amazing work in Evans! Y'all keep up the great work!
I want to say that I have had not one BUT 3 tattoos by Phillip Jacobs and never have I seen a shop more clean and well kept!! Not ONLY do I NOT have to worry about getting harassed by BUMS like some downtown shops that I have been to. I have always been treated fairly and about the price well you get what you pay for!! so if yoou want cheap work go to a cheap place downtown... Very nice shop. A friend told me to go there and he was right. I had been to several other places and it seemed like they just didn't want to help me design just what I wanted. They designed just what I wanted and then had the best price. Turned out GREAT! I know I WILL be back for more.
I would be more then happy to address any of these concerns if any of them were valid. Every single person who walks in here is treated with the utmost respect, there is smoking allowed outside the building but never will and never has been allowed inside, and we all stand behind our work 100%. I did make some people upset with opening this shop I guess that they found this the way of getting back.
