We've been putting bandaid fixes on our super old AC unit for four years now, and every time, the guys from Allegiance have helped us with a smile on their faces (seriously!). We finally broke down and had to get both a new AC and furnace after our AC broke again last weekend. We were given five different price points to see what worked for our house and budget. We had our boiler serviced. Two technicians were sent out. 3 days later we noticed an issue with our pilot light in which the tubing came loose resulting in a gas leak. My husband ended up fixing it himself mainly because it was discovered in the evening hours on a Saturday during March madness. We left a message about the problem we discovered and were contacted that Monday. After discussing this with Brian an agreement was reached and the problem was resolved. They refunded the money we paid for the service.

I have always had good luck with Allegiance. I recently had my furnace replaced by them and there was an issue with the thermostat. I feel they went above & beyond to get the correct thermostat installed. Their employees are polite, personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service.
Our AC went out this weekend with temps in the miserable 90’s. Allegiance came out early this afternoon and had us cooled off and back up and running super fast. The technician was super nice and was very knowledgeable. Great business!
Lost our AC in during the hottest week in August..Allegiance promptly took care of replacing our old system! The installers were extremely professional, respectful and very knowledgeable! Very competitive pricing with excellent service! We will be using them for all of our rental properties too!
